Job Description
  • Work with customers to provide distinctive support in HVAC equipment, system design and HVAC system solutions to satisfy customers' needs.
  • Develop plans for the rental sales business in the assigned market segment.
  • Executing the initiatives and committing to yield total customer satisfaction and achieve the business results.
  • To manage secured projects diligently in terms of costing, timely planning of delivery schedule, equipment readiness and ensure prompt collection.
  • To provide professional, innovative and cost effective energy solutions to customers in the region.
  • Responsible for the continued building of relationships with Key Accounts to maintain, develop and expand the company product portfolio range.
  • To establish a new network of additional customers.
  • Engineering Design and Construction for Chilled Water, Heating, Heat Recovery, Air Conditioning and Ventilation Systems; from Preliminary Design to Commissioning.
  • Tender Submission/ Preparation; including production of Specifications, Drawings and Commercial Documentation.
  • Time Scheduling.
  • Compiling sales reports and implementing sales strategies with support of management team.
  • Assist in developing a business plan and initiatives that will maximise the business potential of the region.

  • Implement effectively and efficiently any directions from the Company and your Line Manager;
  • Participate in meetings to ensure open communication amongst employees;
  • Attend weekly meetings with your Line Manager to discuss ongoing issues.
  • Understand the opportunities and issues in the industry and be able to track down and find the necessary information.
  • Establish new opportunities into Oil and Gas industries providing pumps and HVAC solutions to customers.
Desired Profile
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering Requires knowledge of word processing (MS Word), spreadsheet (MS Excel), organizer/email (MS Outlook), and presentation (MS PowerPoint) software. Creative, enthusiastic and committed sales professionals with the drive to succeed both in individual performance and team work. Able to demonstrate a proven track record of success within a similar environment. Experience of HVAC/Chiller/ temperature Control sector would be a distinct advantage. A customer focused individual capable of managing effective relationships with key existing customers, suppliers and contractors allied with the ability to develop new business through the efficient management of resources. An ability to make a measurable contribution to a business that is undergoing significant change and growth. Providing visible links between the customers and the business to exceed target, ability to identify market changes. Ideally technically minded with a relevant qualification. Good understanding on HVAC systems. Good contacts with HVAC related and Oil & Gas consultants and contractors.
