Job Description
Responsibilities: * Handle customers' enquiry via phone, e-mail or face-to-face, providing effective technical support to customers * Conducts hardware, network and application monitoring * Diagnose hardware, network and application faults * Troubleshoot and solve technical problems * Ensure systems uptime and provide accurate reports
Desired Profile
* Must possess at least a Degree, Diploma in Engineering(Computer), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.* Technically inclined, analytical and good in technicalreport writing.* Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Good knowledge in software testing and quality andSQL Server 2000/2005* Fluent in spoken and written English. * Comfortably working independently or as part of a teamto solve both business and technical problems. * Proactive, fast leaer, self motivated, multi taskingand performance driven.* Ability to drive projects and programs to completethem in timeline given.
