This Project Analyst will report into the Business Planning Manager, and support multiple initiatives across American Express Malaysia (KLGSC Center).  Responsibilities include managing and monitoring improvement projects under the following broad categories:

Key responsibilities include:

Project Analysis:

• Responsible for seeking input and managing multiple project team members from different business units to gather and analyze information.
• Manage and maintain project processes and procedures.
• Manage, track and report project costs and resources required for successful project implementation and sustainability.

Relationship management:

• Manage the alignment of expectations, maintain buy in across project teams and stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with all members of project teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technologies and other business partners to enable project implementation
