  • Handle Basic Desktop / Laptop Troubleshooting
  • Diagnose & Resolve Technical Hardware / Software issues
  • 1st level support for network connectivity
  • Administrative Support, Assets Management & Housekeeping

•NITEC/Diploma in Engineering or IT related fields•Knowledge of PC SETUP, O/S Installation & Software Updating•6 months of IT related working experience (Part-time or Full-time)
